This programme includes the following components:

• providing various groups of stakeholders with information on DCH activities that is appropriate to their needs and as often as they require;
• providing information on individual issues in accordance with the basic principles of the Group’s information criteria;
• conducting surveys in order to receive feedback and subsequently use the information obtained to adjust current DCH policies in the area of IR.

In its relations with co-investors and other categories of stakeholders, DCH adheres to the principles of mutual trust and respects the interests of all parties involved.
